Training Guide

Training is the most important part of a successful dog fence installation. You should think of a dog fence system more as a training aide than a physical fence. The fence system helps you teach your dog their boundaries and how to behave around the boundaries. Experienced trainers can teach a dog to stay inside their boundaries with no electric dog fence system at all. The dog fence system just helps to remind the dog of the rules. The goal is to guide your dog, not try and overpower it.


We use the three step training process we call ACT Training:
